If you have downloaded our new Avalon Chiropractic App and have a quick question on how it works, scroll down to see if we’ve answered your question below.
- Logging in to your account: Please use the precise email address and password that you entered when signing up. Your email address will be the precise one held on file by your clinic, so please contact them directly if you’ve forgotten which one you used. If you’ve forgotten your password, select the “Forgot Password” button and follow the instructions.

App Homepage: When you launch the App, you’ll see your clinic details and any scheduled appointments. The navigation bar at the bottom provides quick access to essential sections: “Home,” “Appts,” “Book,” “Content,” and “Contact.” At the top you can see settings, notifications and your QR check in image.

Upcoming Appointments: Stay organised by viewing all of your upcoming appointments in one place.

Check-in: Avoid the queue and effortlessly check in by navigating to today’s appointment and clicking “I have arrived, check-in now.”

QR code check-in: For an even swifter check-in experience, you can select and scan the barcode to the top right hand corner of the app.

Historical Appointments: Access your past appointments with ease. Review when they were, their status (“missed,” “completed,” or “pending”) and which practitioner you saw.

How to Book an Appointment: Schedule an appointment in a matter of seconds. Simply click the “+” icon, choose the type of appointment you need, select your preferred practitioner (or “No preference”) and browse available dates and times. Once you’ve found the perfect slot, confirm your booking with a click. Note that you can book multiple appointments at the same time if you wish- simply repeat the above steps until you’ve selected all your desired appointments before confirming.

How to Reschedule an Appointment: Life can get busy, and plans might change. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, there’s no need to worry! Navigate to the “Appts” section of the app, find the appointment you want to change and click “Reschedule,”.

How to Cancel an Appointment: For those times when cancelling an appointment is your only option, simply head to the “Appts” section of the app, locate the appointment you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Booking”. Please note, it is mandatory to provide a reason in order to proceed with cancellation.

Content: Your practitioner has the ability to share bespoke content with you via the app. Explore the various tabs to access personalised exercises, diagnostic images and other customised content.

Settings: Tailor the app to your preferences: switch between a light and dark theme, select a preferred language and manage your profile information.
